Welcome to the HRLSC Client Portal

The Human Rights Legal Support Centre (HRLSC) is an independent agency, funded by the Government of Ontario, to provide legal advice and assistance to people in Ontario who believe they have experienced discrimination contrary to Ontario’s Human Rights Code (“Code”). The HRLSC is completely separate from the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (the “HRTO”). The HRTO is the legal body that hears and decides whether a person’s Code rights have been violated.
